SHIPPING
I ship from Austria (Europe), using Austrian Post. Allow up to 4 weeks to receive your order, depending on where you live (oversea orders may take longer depending on transit times to your specific country). Priority Mail ist available at additional cost - contact me for details.
For deliveries to non EU-countries please be aware that additional taxes and tariffs may occur.

I'm sorry that at this moment in time it is not possible to send a print or original to you if you find your country currently on this list.
HOW I SHIP MY PRODUCTS
Originals and prints are shipped flat in rigid envelopes. Please reuse or recycle the packaging after receiving your order. All drawings and prints come without frame and decoration materials.
RETURNS
If your delivery containes a damaged item, please let me know so I can offer you a replacement or refund. Please send a photo of the damaged product and the damaged packaging. Please contact me via the contact form in the webshop.
LOST SHIPMENT
If your order seems to have been lost in transit, please contact me so we can sort it out. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your delivery to arrive, as oversea orders may take longer.
ORIGINALS AND PRINTS
Both originals and prints are signed by the artist. All artworks come without framing and the decoration material you see on the pictures.
Please bear in mind that the colours of the originals and prints sometimes vary the tiniest bit from the colours you see on your phone or desktop. Altough I try to make my product photos as close to what the real product looks like in natural light, there ist still the possibility of some variations of their occurance on screen.
